Every order has its own status page. There are two ways to open it.
From your confirmation email
Open the email we sent when you ordered and tap View your order. The page shows what you ordered, the card text, and, once it ships, the USPS tracking number and a link to follow the package.
With your email address
Go to your account and enter the email address you used at checkout. We send you a six digit code, no password needed. Your orders are listed there with their status and tracking.
What the status means
- Confirmed: we have your order and the card text. Making takes 3 to 5 business days.
- Shipped: it is on its way with USPS. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days. The tracking number is in your shipping email and on the status page.
- Delivered: the carrier marked it as delivered. If you cannot find the package, email us within 7 days.
Cannot find it?
Email hello@verseandvellum.com with your order number. It starts with # and is in your confirmation email. We answer within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
