Where we ship
We ship within the United States. Shipping is free on every order.
How long it takes
Each necklace is personalized after you order.
- Making takes 3 to 5 business days.
- USPS delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after that.
- Plan on 5 to 10 business days in total.
Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays. Around the holidays, carriers can take a day or two longer.
Tracking
When your necklace ships, we email you a USPS tracking number. If you ordered more than one necklace, they may ship separately.
Shipping straight to her
Enter her address at checkout. The necklace arrives in its gift box. There is no price or invoice in the package.
Address errors
Please check the address before you pay. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we reship it once at no cost. If you notice an address error after ordering, email us right away. We can fix it as long as the package has not shipped.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking stops moving, email us and we will sort it out. If the package is marked delivered and you cannot find it, email us within 7 days. We check with USPS and then remake the necklace or refund the order.
