Will her card look like the preview?

Yes. Your card prints as you see it in the preview. Double-check her name before you add it to your cart.

How strong are the chain and the clasp?

The chain is stainless steel with a 14k white gold finish. It closes with a lobster clasp. Take it off when bathing and keep perfume away from it. If anything is wrong with it, the Love-It Promise covers it for 30 days after delivery.

Will the chain fit a teen or a child?

The chain adjusts from 18" to 22". That is a standard adult length, so it fits teens and adults. On a young child it will hang lower.

How long can the message be?

The card has room for a short message and a sign-off. Pick one of our messages or write your own. If your own message is too long for the card, we tell you before you add it to your cart.

Is this a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay once. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
